what is integrative health & nutrition coaching?
Integrative health and nutrition coaching considers your entire body and lifestyle. my method takes focuses on five pillars: nutrition, physical activity, sleep, mental/emotional health, and environment. based on this comprehensive view, you will receive an individualized coaching plan that fits your unique body, lifestyle, and goals. the integrative nature of this field of health often involves collaborating with other professionals, whether it’s your doctor, nutritionist, acupuncturist, or anything in between. integrative health emphasizes diet and lifestyle shifts among other complementary interventions when necessary (like functional lab testing and targeted herbs and supplements). the goal is to help you create a healthier life on your own terms.
group coaching
Group coaching programs are 8 weeks long and offer a more affordable & community-driven option to achieving your health goals. You can either sign up individually and be placed on a waitlist until the group is formed, or take the lead by creating your own group. While not as personalized as the individual coaching option, group coaching is still tailored to the collective needs and interests of the group. It’s a supportive and motivating environment for everyone involved.
